I haven’t read many romance/comedy/drama manwha (or even manga) but this is certainly one of the best I’ve seen so far.
I’m only up to Chapter 31 (out of the released 64) but the series has literally produced consistently high quality each and every chapter. The characters are unique, the art’s fantastic as all the females are stacked and the tone shifts are amazing, by which I mean the manwha takes you on a rollercoaster ride of emotion all the time. At first, the series is based mostly around the comedy of the situation the two are in, but later things become much more dramatic and dangerous, to the point where ou have no idea what’s going to happen next (I actually had to pull myself away from reading the next chapter just to write this ^_^).
This isn’t any sort fo review or analysis, just a high, high, HIGH recommendation to anyone who isn’t reading this series (and who’s also a fan of romance and drama) to DO SO NOW.
I haven’t loved any manwha at all but I guess I’ll check this one out…
When it comes to romantic roller-coaster types of manga, Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu (long title XD) tops my list.
@kanzeon
That may be a bit too shoujou-y for me, but I’ll check it out.
the big-breasted woman on the pic makes me want to stay away from this… too much fanservice ruins a good(?) series for me x__x;;
As for Boku no Hatsukoi Kimi ni Sasagu that kanzeon suggested, I’d recommend that if you’re into the dramatic and touching kind of stories, the author manages to heighten the dramatic tension in just about every chapter and you’ll find yourself moved by the depth of the couple’s love. It’s one of the best shoujo mangas, imo, so you can save yourself the worry of plunging into a nonsense melodramatic flick.
And of course, do check out Skip Beat if you haven’t done so. That one’s really exciting and loads of fun :3
@usagijen
There’s surprisingy low amount of fanservice in the actual story past chapter one and some of the chapter covers (much to my dismay :P)
With two more manga on my To Look At list, there is much backlog to be gone through on both the anime and manga front, and I’m back to school on three days ^_^;.
I’ve read most of this and didn’t find it too interesting. Partially due to the male being just so… meh. There wasn’t enough development before he suddenly proclaimed his love. The other half… are the typical pointy flotation devices -_-;
@usagijen again
Yeah…, on second thought after reading a few more chapters there is a good amount of fanservice ^^;;
@ffiivknight
I don’t feel that Jin-ho’s meh at all, better than him being a complete wimp like some of the leads I see today -_-
UNBALANCE x2 IS BLOODY AWSOME!!!!!!!
IT’S GREAT! I HIIIIIGHLY SUGDEST IT TO ANYBODY AS WELL!
Though i can’t agree to the fanservice comment i have to say (i get to study body proportions then, as i wanna be a mnga-ka when i’m older C:), and Jin-Ho rocks!!! He does have his share of moments when he is a great pig PAHBO (idiot in korean) but he makes you forget those moments by doing something cool.
It’s a real fun, cute, a bit sexy, story full of humour & unexpected turns! I enjoy it a LOT.
I think it should eb much more popular (shame we have to wait so long for the next scans though =_____=”)!!!!
i’ve just done the series. yeah i fallout late on this since i never try this genre before. it turns out now i want more.for me this series can be easily dramatize & keeping as much echhi as can at least for general viewers đŸ™‚ for those who new to romance don’t let the big boobs fools you NOT TO READ this masterpiece. boobs are fun as well as the story. high recomendation from me đŸ™‚
